48% merlot, 32% cabernet franc, 20% cabernet sauvignon
 Coming from a mosaic of terroir in Lignan de Bordeaux. Winemaking by individual plot and maturation in french oak barrels for 12 to 14 months. 
This wine boasts its rich, earthy and vegetal aromas which translates its natural winemaking process.
Powerful wine with flavours of dark fruits, liquorice and subtle oaky vanilla notes. This wine is at maturity showing a silky structure and a long complex finish.
Serve between 16 to 18 °C on roasted and braised meat, duck, game and stew.
