Jacoulot « LE PUR » cassis, premier jus vierge (first virgin juice) is made exclusively from « Noir de Bourgogne » blackcurrants, which give it exceptional aromatic and taste qualities. The juice of the fruit, which has macerated for 10-12 weeks in neutral alcohol, is collected without pressing, hence the name « premier jus vierge ».

This is the most concentrated Cassis Liqueur for an uncomparable power.

Consume as apéritif before a meal: 30ml of Le Pur added with white wine or champagne for a Kir or Kir Royal respectively. 

As digestif on ice.

Can also be used in cooking or as topping on ice cream or cake (nappage).
