  • Beautiful deep pale-yellow colour. Complex nose with notes of flowers, cooked fruit, bee wax. The mouth is precise and delicate with volume and long mineral finish.
  • Serve between 10 and 12°C with fish, white meat, cheese and the traditional raclette.
