60% Caladoc, 40% Grenache
Direct press and low temperature fermentation. Maturation in tanks until bottling.
Beautiful pale colour. On the nose, it shows fruity aromas of peach, citrus and mineral earthiness. In the mouth, the wine is light, supple and addictively refreshing with plenty of character. 
To serve with charcuterie and pâté, bbq, pizza or bring to picnic.
