  • From 80 years old vines on the typical limestone bedrock of the Loire Valley. Successive harvest by hand, the grapes are 100% botrytised with a baumé of  18% alcohol potential. Very slow wild yeast fermentation with natural stop ferment around 12% alcohol. Residual sugar 100g/L.
  • Enjoy as an aperitif or with foie gras, blue cheese, goat's cheese or creamy poultry dishes as well as dessert.
