From the heart of Vouvray on the typical limestone and clay soil. 8 hours of skin contact before pressing. Made and matured for 6 months in barrels and stainless steel tanks.
On the nose it shows fruity notes of green apple and citrus. The palate is dry, supple and refreshing to finish tense and mineral.
Beautiful as an aperitif but will pair perfectly with any seafood dishes including salmon or even a carpaccio.
